What We Do ... We are a non-profit entity and an unbiased source of information about Virginia Wineries. We highlight and promote wine events to help generate awareness of the industry and of individual wineries. Our quarterly newsletter reaches several thousand readers directly from our mailing list, and several thousand more (estimated circulation is eight thousand) including verified forwards. We are considered a reliable source of information by major national wine publications, including "Wine Spectator" and "Wine Enthusiast."  |

Founding Director Robert Dierker, Esq., is an internationally known and highly regarded wine writer, critic, and judge. His prolific publications include authoritative research reports on "Pairing Wine and Music," a subject about which he is a pioneer and fervent advocate. |
